Cookie notice

Last updated 30 September 2026.

This notice covers hire.resumebanger.com and every page under /hire. We set no advertising or tracking cookies there: no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixels, no social media widgets, and no fonts from other companies. Two kinds of measurement run, neither with cookies: our own first-party visit statistics and Cloudflare Web Analytics, both described below.

1. Cookies set today

We set no cookie of our own on the hiring side. Our website resumebanger.com uses cookies for its sign-in and for its CV generator; the hiring side uses neither and sets neither.

3. Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare, which already delivers our pages, measures how they load with a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com. It sets no cookies and uses no local storage or session storage. It measures page loads in aggregate: how fast a page loaded, and the visitor's country, the page, the site that referred the visitor, the type of device, the browser and the operating system. Private link pages (your upload page, your sample page, your codes and the unsubscribe page) are sent with an instruction that Cloudflare leaves the script out of them, so their addresses are not measured.

Cloudflare says that it collects only this minimum of timing information, that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data, and that it does not track individual users across its customers' sites. We use the totals to see whether our pages are fast and work. Cloudflare's own description is in its Web Analytics documentation.

4. Our own visit statistics

  • We count visits and steps in our own database, without cookies and without any third-party script. For each page view or step we keep the page (with any private link's secret replaced by a placeholder), what happened, the site or campaign that sent the visitor, and, for a step that belongs to an order or to a company we wrote to, its internal reference.
  • We do not keep your IP address or your browser's user agent for these statistics, we do not give you an identifier, and we cannot follow one visitor from one page to the next. A browser that sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal sends nothing.
  • We use the counts only in aggregate, to see which steps people reach and where they stop, and we delete each record after 13 months.

This uses no cookie and no local or session storage, so it does not need a cookie banner. The same applies to the error reports our pages can send from your browser to our own error tracker: they set no cookie, and the address of a private link is cut out of them.

5. How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Every page of the hiring side works without them, but Cloudflare may ask you to pass its security check more often.

6. Other storage and other sites

  • Our pages do not use your browser's local storage or session storage.
  • When you pay, you move to Creem's checkout, which has its own privacy policy and cookies.
